Known for his romantic songs, his career started in the 70s and he was influenced by Ska and Rocksteady, especially Alton Ellis' ones.
In 1985, he founded his own label Harmony Records and released hits like "What One Dance Can Do" or "Settling Down", which gave him international consecration. His career culminated with his biggest hit "Tempted to Touch" released in 1990 and produced by Donovan Germain on Penthouse Records.
